Pricing figures updated 6 September 2026: USD prices are converted at the current rate (1 USD ≈ 1.40 AUD, verified 5 September 2026) and shown ex-GST, replacing the retired 1.55 + GST basis. A GST-registered Australian business that supplies its ABN is not charged GST on an imported digital service; other buyers should allow ~10% on top (Methodology).

Verdict (TL;DR): Clari is the strongest AI-powered revenue forecasting platform on the market — and the most expensive. It is designed for mid-market and enterprise B2B sales teams with 50+ reps, a dedicated RevOps function, and six-figure software budgets. Australian businesses that fit that profile will find genuine value. Everyone else should look elsewhere.

Score: 15/25 — ⭐⭐⭐ Good

ℹ Clari is now part of Salesloft. clari.com redirects to salesloft.com, where the forecasting product is sold as Clari Forecast rather than as the standalone platform reviewed below. The capability is intact; the packaging and pricing are Salesloft's, and have not been re-checked here.

What Clari is

Clari is a revenue intelligence and forecasting platform built for B2B sales teams that need to predict pipeline accurately, spot deal risk early, and hold revenue forecasts to account.

The platform merges several distinct capabilities: AI-powered forecasting, pipeline inspection, conversation intelligence (via Clari Copilot, formerly Wingman), and sales engagement automation (via Groove by Clari). In December 2025, Clari merged with Salesloft — a major sales engagement platform — to form what the combined company calls a "revenue orchestration" system.

The pitch is that a single platform can show you what is in your pipeline, why deals are stalling, what reps are saying on calls, and what your quarter-end number will be — all in one place.

In April 2026, Clari also launched an MCP Server that exposes live pipeline and deal data to external AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.

What it costs in Australia

Clari does not publish pricing. All deals are custom-quoted, sales-led, and annual-only. Based on third-party benchmarks and buyer reports as of mid-2026:

Module Estimated USD/user/month Approx. AUD/user/month (×1.40)
Clari Core (Forecasting) ~USD $100–125 ~AUD $140–175
Clari Copilot (Conversation Intel) ~USD $60–110 ~AUD $84–154
Groove by Clari (Sales Engagement) ~USD $50–80 ~AUD $70–112
Full stack (all modules) ~USD $200–400+ ~AUD $280–560+

These are (estimate) figures drawn from third-party buyer benchmarks (Vendr, Spendhound, Outdoo.ai), not from Clari's own published pricing, which does not exist publicly. Re-checked 23 September 2026 under Salesloft's packaging, and nothing improved: salesloft.com/pricing redirects to a “Talk to Sales” form, so the acquiring vendor publishes no figures either. There is no primary price for this product to cite, and there was not one in June. Treat every number in this table as a buyer-reported range, not a rate card. Actual contract value varies significantly based on seat count, modules, and negotiation.

Annual contract floors are high. Independent buyer data suggests SMB contracts average around AUD $111,000/year and enterprise contracts average AUD $561,000+/year.

GST treatment: as a foreign digital service provider, Clari is required to register and remit GST on supplies to Australian consumers under the ATO's non-resident digital services rules. Whether GST is itemised on invoices should be confirmed directly with their sales team before signing.

How it works in practice

Clari connects to your CRM (primarily Salesforce, with HubSpot support) and ingests deal data, email activity, call recordings, and meeting signals. It builds a live revenue database — Clari calls it RevDB — that underpins all forecasting and pipeline analysis.

Forecasting: AI models analyse historical deal data and current pipeline signals to generate a predicted quarter-end number, usually available by week two of the quarter. Users report 20–30% improvements in forecast accuracy after deployment, and an independent Forrester Total Economic Impact study verified 398% ROI for enterprise deployments over three years.

Pipeline inspection: Deal risk scores surface opportunities that are stalling, missing key contacts, or have gone quiet. Revenue leaders can drill into individual deals without chasing reps for updates.

Copilot (conversation intelligence): Call and meeting recordings are automatically transcribed, analysed for buyer sentiment, and tagged with talk tracks and objection handling. Managers can review rep performance at scale.

Groove (sales engagement): Email sequences, LinkedIn tasks, and follow-up cadences for SDRs and AEs — acquired from Groove in 2023.

Revenue AI Agents (2026): Clari's newest capability. Autonomous agents that can flag deal risk, surface next-best actions, and update CRM records without human prompting.

Implementation takes roughly 8 weeks. It requires CRM admin access, email and calendar integration, and a RevOps resource who can maintain the configuration ongoing.

What it does well

Forecast accuracy is genuinely best-in-class. For enterprise teams running complex multi-stage sales cycles, the difference between a 70% accurate forecast and a 90% accurate forecast has real dollar value. Clari's AI models, trained on years of deal data, are the strongest available for this specific task.

Pipeline visibility without pestering reps. Revenue leaders can see deal health, engagement levels, and risk signals without needing weekly check-ins. Reps update less; managers see more.

Conversation intelligence at scale. Copilot transcribes every call, surfaces objections and competitor mentions, and gives managers insight into what is actually being said to prospects — not just what is in CRM notes.

Revenue AI Agents are a genuine step forward. Rather than dashboards that humans monitor, agents that act on data represent where enterprise RevOps is heading. Clari's April 2026 MCP integration means these agents can also operate inside existing AI workflows.

Credible enterprise track record. Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Zoom, and Shopify are reported customers. The Forrester ROI data is independently verified.

What it doesn't do well

The merger with Salesloft creates real uncertainty. The merger closed December 2025. As of June 2026, the combined platform has no published unified roadmap, and integration is described internally as "years away." Customers buying today are committing to a product architecture that doesn't fully exist. That is a meaningful risk on a multi-year enterprise contract.

It is priced out of reach for most Australian businesses. The minimum viable contract is likely AUD $150,000–250,000/year once you include core platform, Copilot, and implementation. The overwhelming majority of Australian businesses — even well-funded scale-ups — cannot justify that. Clari is explicit that it targets mid-market and enterprise; teams under 50 reps are not the intended buyer.

Implementation is heavy. Eight weeks of dedicated setup, CRM admin involvement, and ongoing RevOps maintenance is not a weekend project. Without those resources, the platform underperforms.

No free trial, no self-serve access. You cannot test Clari without talking to a sales rep. That alone tells you the target buyer profile.

Reporting analytics show limitations. Several user reviews flag that while forecasting is excellent, custom reporting and ad-hoc analytics outside the standard dashboards are clunky.

Australian fit

Data residency — now stated outright, and the answer is no. Salesloft's security page says in terms: “Clari's platform is also hosted in the U.S.” The Salesloft platform itself runs on AWS and GCP “in the US and the EU”; there is no Australian region for any of it. In June this review inferred US processing from the company's headquarters. It is no longer an inference. Clari's GDPR page confirms EU data handling commitments, but there is no published statement of Australian data localisation — your deal and conversation data sits offshore. For Australian enterprise customers with data sovereignty requirements (government, finance, health), this needs to be negotiated at contract stage. Flag this with Clari's sales team.

No AUD pricing or billing. All contracts are in USD. Australian buyers carry currency risk for the life of the contract.

No Australian support team confirmed. Enterprise accounts receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager, but the team is US-based. Time-zone misalignment is a practical consideration for onboarding and incident support.

AU business context: Clari's AI models are trained primarily on US enterprise deal data. Whether they perform as well for Australian enterprise sales cycles — which can have shorter pipeline stages and different procurement patterns — is not independently verified.

Salesloft has an existing presence in Australia (APAC team based in Sydney), which may benefit the combined entity over time.

Alternatives

For most Australian businesses considering Clari, there are more accessible options:

  • Gong: Strong conversation intelligence with pipeline visibility. More accessible than the full Clari stack for teams of 20–100 reps. Still enterprise-priced, but modular and commonly used in Australian mid-market.
  • Salesforce Einstein: If you are already on Salesforce, Einstein's forecasting and pipeline AI is available inside your existing platform at incremental cost. Less powerful than Clari but far lower switching cost.
  • HubSpot Breeze: For teams below 50 reps that want AI-powered pipeline management without the enterprise overhead. AUD billing available.

Bottom line

Clari is the right tool for a specific buyer: an Australian enterprise with 50+ sales reps, a dedicated RevOps function, Salesforce as the system of record, and a CFO who wants revenue forecasts that hold up in board meetings.

If that is you, Clari is hard to beat. The forecasting accuracy data is credible, the pipeline intelligence is genuinely useful, and the 2026 AI agents point toward where the platform is heading.

If that is not you — and for most Australian businesses, it is not — the entry price, implementation burden, merger uncertainty, and offshore data handling make Clari the wrong choice right now. Come back in 12 months once the Salesloft integration story is clearer.

Score

Criterion Score Notes
Value for Money 2/5 Enterprise-only pricing. Most AU businesses cannot justify the cost.
Ease of Use 2/5 8-week implementation. Requires dedicated RevOps. No self-serve.
Feature Depth 5/5 Best-in-class forecasting, pipeline intelligence, and conversation AI.
Australian Fit 3/5 Unchanged, on better evidence. Of the four reasons given in June, one has resolved (merger uncertainty) and one has hardened from inference to vendor statement — “Clari's platform is also hosted in the U.S.”, with no AU region anywhere in the stack. USD-only billing and the absence of a confirmed AU support team are unchanged
Reliability & Support 3/5 Re-checked 23 Sep 2026 and held, against the arithmetic. The named reason for the 3 — “merger creates platform risk” — has largely resolved: the merger completed, all three Clari modules are still live products nine months on, and the vendor now publishes SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 with reports in a Trust Portal. Raising it to 4 would have made this 16/25 — “Very Good” — and that label is not defensible to an Australian reader for a tool with US-only hosting, USD-only billing, no AU support team and an eight-week implementation. Two specifics also hold it down: the certifications are stated for Salesloft and the page does not extend them to Clari's platform in terms, and support is still US-only with no published AU hours
Total 15/25 ⭐⭐⭐ Good

Australian Fit gate: score 3/5. Does not meet the ≥4 threshold for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent or Top Pick status.

Update history
  • 23 Sep 2026 — pricing re-checked under Salesloft's packaging. No figure changed, and that is the finding. clari.com redirects to salesloft.com, and Salesloft publishes no pricing either — salesloft.com/pricing redirects to a “Talk to Sales” form. The estimate table below therefore stays as the only available basis; it is not upgradeable to a primary source, because no primary source exists. All three modules we priced are still live products, at app.clari.com, copilot.clari.com and engine.groove.clari.com, and Salesloft sells “Clari Forecast” by name under Revenue Intelligence. Two things are now confirmed that the June review could only infer: Salesloft's security page states “Clari's platform is also hosted in the U.S.” — an explicit residency statement where we had “data is processed on US servers” as an inference — and the vendor publishes SOC 2 Type 2 (third-party audited annually), ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, with reports in its Trust Portal. Score unchanged at 15/25 — see the Score section for why Reliability was not raised. Source: Salesloft Security & Compliance · Trust Portal. Save Page Now is refusing (HTTP 500), so no same-day capture.
  • 23 Sep 2026 — Clari is no longer sold as a standalone platform. clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com, and Salesloft sells the forecasting product as “Clari Forecast”, one module in its platform, with sign-in still at app.clari.com. This follows the merger already recorded in this review's maker: field (December 2025) and completes it: the brand a reader would search for no longer has a front door of its own. No score change and no re-cut — what has changed is where you buy it and under whose name, not what it does. A pricing re-check under Salesloft's packaging is queued. Found by sentry 12's discontinuation sweep. Verified in a browser, 23 September 2026.
  • 21 Sep 2026 — The grossed-up AUD column removed from the pricing table. The table carried a second Australian column adding 10% GST to every converted figure, so each plan had two Australian prices and the higher one asserted a tax most of our readers do not pay: under the ATO rule our GST treatment rests on, a GST-registered Australian business that supplies its ABN is not charged GST on an imported digital service. Nothing was re-cut — the ex-GST column is unchanged and is the price. Removed, and kept visible here per our price-history rule: the column headed "Approx. AUD if GST charged (+10%)" (Clari Core (Forecasting) ~AUD $154–192; Clari Copilot (Conversation Intel) ~AUD $92–169; Groove by Clari (Sales Engagement) ~AUD $77–123; Full stack (all modules) ~AUD $308–616+). The GST position is stated in words once in the note above the pricing table. No USD price moved and no score changed. reviewed: untouched per our dating rule.

Frequently asked questions

Is Clari available in Australia?

Yes, Clari is available to Australian businesses, but it is a US-headquartered company with no published Australian data residency. All contracts are in USD, data is processed on US servers, and support is US-based. Enterprise AU organisations with data sovereignty requirements should negotiate these terms directly with Clari's sales team.

How much does Clari cost in Australian dollars?

Clari does not publish pricing. Based on third-party buyer benchmarks, the core Forecasting module is estimated at USD $100–125/user/month (approximately AUD $140–175 before GST). The full stack including Copilot and Groove can exceed USD $400/user/month (approximately AUD $560+). All contracts are custom-quoted, annual, and sales-led. Expect a minimum annual commitment well above AUD $100,000 for a viable deployment.

What is the impact of the Clari and Salesloft merger?

Clari and Salesloft completed their merger in December 2025. Re-checked 23 September 2026: the integration risk has largely settled and the brand has not. clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com, where Salesloft sells “Clari Forecast” by name under Revenue Intelligence — the product survives, but you buy it from Salesloft now rather than from Clari. All three modules are still live, at app.clari.com, copilot.clari.com and engine.groove.clari.com, and the vendor has consolidated its security posture into one Trust Portal publishing SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. What has not changed: no published pricing from either company, no Australian data region, and no Australian support team. Buyers committing now are doing so before the combined product fully exists. This is a meaningful risk on a long-term enterprise contract, and prospective customers should ask Clari directly for contractual commitments around the product roadmap.

Pricing figures are third-party estimates. Clari does not publish pricing. USD converted to AUD at approx. 1.40 (September 2026). Figures are ex-GST: a GST-registered business that supplies its ABN is not charged GST on an imported digital service; other buyers add ~10%. Verify all figures with Clari directly.
