Know an AI tool Australians should hear about? Tell us here. Every submission is read. Most are not reviewed, because coverage is decided by whether a tool matters to Australians, not by who asked. Nobody can pay to change that. Read the six rules below, or go straight to the form.
How this works
- No payment, ever. Not for a review, a listing, a ranking, a score or a faster turnaround. If you offer, we decline, and it changes nothing either way.
- Reviews are independent and may be critical. We test the tool the way an Australian business would use it, and we publish what we find. The scoring rules are on the Methodology page.
- You get a right of reply after publication, not a preview before it. A factual error is corrected at the top of the piece with the date.
- Review access is welcome and disclosed. A trial of the paid tier or some credits helps us test what Australians pay for. It is disclosed on the review and counts for nothing in the score.
- Affiliate links never touch a verdict. Where one exists it is disclosed and sits after the recommendation. We link to the winner whether or not it pays a commission.
- No turnaround promise. If the tool fits a category we cover and matters to Australians, it goes on the review list. If we start a review, we may email you for facts. No reply means no review yet, not a no forever.
What we need from you
The facts a review lives on: what Australians are charged, in which currency, with or without GST, and where their data is stored. If you do not know, say so. A "don't know" is more useful than a guess. We verify everything against your own pricing and help pages before we publish a word.

What happens next
Your submission lands in our review list with the facts you gave us. Once a week we go through the list and decide what gets researched next. We weigh how many Australians the tool could help, whether we already cover the category, and whether we can test it properly. If we start a review we build a verified dossier first, then write, and the piece carries the date it was last reviewed.
If the tool is listed in the directory without a full review, readers can vote it up from there.
Questions vendors ask
Can we pay for a review, a listing or a faster turnaround?
No. Offers of payment are declined, and a tool that offers one is not treated more kindly or more harshly for it. Pay-to-list is how the big global directories earn. Refusing it is the product.
Can we see the review before it is published?
No. We may email to check a fact while we write. After publication you can send a right of reply, and a factual correction is published at the top of the piece with the date.
We have an affiliate program. Does that help?
It does not change what we review or how we score it. Where an affiliate link exists it is disclosed on the page and placed after the verdict. We link to the tool we recommend whether or not it pays a commission. Our Affiliate Disclosure has the detail.
Do you accept review accounts or trial credits?
Yes. Access to the paid tier lets us test what Australians actually pay for. It is disclosed on the review and counts for nothing in the score.
What about sponsorship or advertising?
No. We sell no advertising or sponsorship at present. If that ever changes, it will carry the word SPONSORED in the headline. It will be sold apart from editorial and never sit beside a review of the advertiser. The Advertising Policy has the detail.
Readers: to ask for a review of a tool you are weighing up, use the shorter request box on the directory. This page is for the people who make and sell the tools. Page published 27 October 2026.
