One editor. One inbox. Tips, corrections, vendor briefings, press queries, and reader correspondence all go to the same place, and they're read by the same person.

We aim to acknowledge every email within two business days (AEST/AEDT). Replies to specific questions may take longer depending on the question.
What to send where
Tips, story ideas, things we've missed
Email the inbox with the subject line TIP. Include a link to a primary source (vendor blog post, pricing page change, press release) if you have one. We protect tipster identities by default — say so in the email if you'd like to be named.
Corrections
If a price has moved, a feature has changed, or a fact in one of our reviews is no longer right, email with the subject line CORRECTION and the URL of the affected piece. We update reviews, post the correction at the top of the page with the date, and credit the reader who flagged it (with permission). This is how publications used to work and how this one works now.
Vendor briefings
We accept briefings from AI vendors and from their PR or comms representatives. Briefings are useful for context — they don't change verdicts and they don't earn coverage. We don't accept press trips, free hardware that we don't return, or gifts of more than nominal value. If we accept a briefing, we disclose it on any piece that benefited from it. Email with the subject line BRIEFING REQUEST.
Press and media inquiries
For commentary, interviews, panel appearances, or a quote on Australian AI policy and tooling for your publication, email with the subject line PRESS and please include your publication, your deadline, and your specific question. We respond fastest to clear requests with named deadlines.
Partnership and advertising
We don't accept paid editorial placement. We do consider sponsored newsletter slots and clearly labelled display advertising — these are sold separately from editorial and never alongside reviews of the advertised product. Email with the subject line PARTNERSHIP.
Anything else
Reader correspondence, criticism, suggestions, encouragement, or a question about how we work — same address. We read every email even if we can't always reply at length.
The publication
There is no agency behind this masthead. One editor is accountable for everything we publish, and that editor is reachable.
