*Pricing figures updated 6 September 2026: USD prices are converted at the current rate (1 USD ≈ 1.40 AUD, verified 5 September 2026) and shown ex-GST, replacing the retired 1.55 + GST basis. A GST-registered Australian business that supplies its ABN is not charged GST on an imported digital service; other buyers should allow \~10% on top (*[*Methodology*](https://www.theaidirectory.com.au/methodology/)*).*

> **Verdict (TL;DR):** Predis.ai is a fast, genuinely useful AI social media machine. Type one line and it hands back a captioned, on-brand post — or a music-synced Reel — in minutes. For a sole trader or small marketing team drowning in "what do I post today," that speed is the whole pitch, and it largely delivers. But it bills in US dollars only, hosts your data offshore, and the output still needs a human eye before it goes live. Good value if you post often. Not a set-and-forget brand voice.

## What Predis.ai is

Predis.ai is an AI social media content tool. You give it a short idea — sometimes a single word — and it generates ready-to-post creatives: an image post, a caption with hashtags, a carousel, or a short video. It then schedules and publishes that content across your connected accounts.

It is built by EZML Technologies, a startup founded in 2020 and based in Pune, India ([Predis.ai LLM info page](https://predis.ai/llm-info/?ref=theaidirectory.com.au)). The product covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube, plus e-commerce hooks into Shopify, Wix and WooCommerce. It supports 18-plus languages and has web, iOS and Android apps.

In plain terms: it is a content factory aimed at people who know they should post three times a week and never do. The job it removes is the blank-page stare.

## What it costs in Australia

Predis.ai bills in **US dollars only on the web**. There is no AUD billing there, no GST invoice, and no Australian entity. *(Corrected 21 Sep 2026 — the iPhone app bills in AUD with GST included on an Apple tax invoice; see below the table.)* The AUD figures below are my conversions at the \~1.40 rate shown ex-GST (a GST-registered business quoting its ABN is not charged GST on an imported digital service; other buyers add \~10%). As an offshore digital service, you would generally account for GST yourself.

The live pricing page and the help centre currently show different numbers — the live page is running a "40% extra credits" promotion and lists lower headline prices, while the help centre lists higher standard prices. I have shown both. Confirm your actual price at checkout before committing.

| Plan | USD/month (live page) | \~AUD (ex-GST) | Help-centre standard | What you get |
| ----------- | --------------------- | -------------- | -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Core | US$19/mo | \~A$27/mo | US$32/mo | 1,300 credits (\~86 images or \~9 videos), 1 brand, 10 channels, unlimited team |
| Rise | US$40/mo | \~A$56/mo | US$79/mo | 3,200 credits, up to 4 brands, 20 channels, API access, blog-to-video |
| Enterprise+ | US$212/mo | \~A$297/mo | US$249/mo | 10,200 credits, unlimited brands, 60 channels, 600 competitor runs/mo |

Annual billing on the live page knocks the Core plan to US$230/year (\~A$322 on the same conversion basis). There is also a **free plan** and a free trial. Add-ons exist: extra brands (US$5/mo), extra channels (US$25–99/mo), extra credits (US$29/mo). Plans are non-refundable; you can cancel anytime.

**The iPhone app prices in Australian dollars — and lands between the vendor's own two web prices.** The [Australian App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/au/app/id6450264767?ref=theaidirectory.com.au) declares `"priceCurrency":"AUD"` with Predis AI as seller of record, and sells **Core at A$49.00/month and Rise at A$129.00/month**, GST included, on an Apple tax invoice. A$49.00 is about A$44.55 ex-GST — roughly 65% above the live page's promotional \~A$27 and level with the help centre's standard \~A$45\. Given Predis publishes two prices for the same plan, **check all three surfaces before you subscribe**. Read 21 September 2026.

The credit model is the catch. Everything — images, videos, generations — draws from a monthly credit pool. A handful of videos eats a Core plan quickly. Budget for the tier above the one you first pick.

## How it works in practice

The flow is fast. You type an idea — "winter sale for a Melbourne cafe" — pick a format, and Predis returns a finished creative: image, caption, hashtags. You tweak it in a drag-and-drop editor (swap the template, apply your brand kit colours and logo, change the call-to-action), then schedule or publish.

For video, you describe a Reel and it assembles stock footage, captions, music and an AI voiceover into a 30-second clip. The blog-to-video and URL-to-post features read an existing page and pull out post-worthy ideas — handy for repurposing.

The competitor-analysis tool scans other accounts in your niche and reports what is working for them. It is more "useful nudge" than deep analytics, but it beats a blank calendar.

Realistically: you are producing a week of social content in 20–30 minutes instead of two hours. The first draft is rarely perfect, but it is far past the blank page.

## What it does well

- **Speed from a standing start.** One line in, a finished captioned post out, in well under a minute. For consistency-starved small businesses, this is the genuine win.
- **Video without a video editor.** Turning a sentence into a captioned, music-synced Reel is the standout feature. Most rivals charge more or do it worse.
- **Brand kit keeps it on-brand.** Load your logo, colours and fonts once and generations stay roughly consistent — important if you are not a designer.
- **Cheap entry point and a real free tier.** A working free plan plus a US$19 starting tier is accessible for a sole trader testing the water.
- **Genuinely multi-format.** Posts, carousels, memes, quote graphics, Reels and ad creative from one tool, with scheduling built in.

## What it doesn't do well

- **Almost no Australian anything.** No AU support hours, no AU data residency, and a USD web checkout with no GST invoice — the iPhone app does bill in AUD with GST included, at a price that sits between Predis's own two published web rates. You are buying from an India-based company. *(Corrected 21 Sep 2026.)*
- **Output needs a human.** Captions can be generic and occasionally off-tone for an Australian audience — "y'all" energy, US spelling, hashtags that miss local context. Never auto-publish unread.
- **The credit model bites.** Video burns credits fast. The plan you choose on price is often a tier too small in practice, so real monthly cost runs higher than the sticker.
- **Pricing is genuinely confusing.** Live-page promo prices and help-centre standard prices disagree by a wide margin. You cannot be sure what you will pay until checkout.
- **No public security certifications.** Predis publishes a privacy notice and references GDPR and CCPA in general terms, but we found no published SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification or a dedicated security/trust page. For a business handling customer data in captions or product feeds, that is a gap worth weighing.

## Australian fit

This is where Predis.ai is weakest, and it is the criterion that matters most to us.

There is no AUD billing on the web — you pay in US dollars and wear the exchange-rate and card-conversion costs — and no GST-compliant tax invoice from an Australian entity there, so your bookkeeper handles the GST treatment as an imported digital service. Buying Core or Rise in the iPhone app is the exception: Australian dollars, GST included, Apple's tax invoice. *(Corrected 21 Sep 2026.)* Support runs on India hours, which is workable for Australian timezones but not local.

On data, the company publishes no residency or hosting-location statement. It was selected for Amazon's AWS ML Elevate accelerator in 2023, but a program placement is not a hosting disclosure, and nothing on Predis's own pages confirms where your data sits — let alone an Australian region. Assume your content, brand assets and any connected-account data sit offshore. For a cafe posting sale graphics, that is low-stakes. For anyone handling customer or product data with privacy obligations, confirm before connecting accounts.

The output is also not Australia-aware by default. Expect US spelling and US cultural defaults unless you direct it otherwise and edit every caption. **Australian Fit: 2/5.**

## Alternatives

- **Canva AI** — the obvious local-feeling pick. Australian users already live in Canva, it offers AUD billing, and its Magic Studio covers a lot of the same content ground with far better design control. Slower for bulk social, but stronger on polish and trust.
- **Jasper** — if your priority is caption and copy quality over auto-generated visuals, Jasper writes a sharper line. Pricier, USD-only, and not a publishing tool — but better words.
- **ChatGPT** — for a sole trader on a budget, ChatGPT plus a Canva free account does most of what Predis does for less, if you do not mind two tools instead of one.

## Bottom line

Predis.ai earns its keep if you post often and hate doing it. The speed is real, the video generation is genuinely good for the price, and the free tier lets you test before you spend. For a busy small-business owner who needs three posts a week and never finds the time, it is a sensible buy.

But go in clear-eyed. You will pay in US dollars, your data sits offshore, the credit model costs more than the sticker, and every caption needs an Australian human to read it before it ships. It is a fast first-draft engine, not a hands-off brand voice. On that basis — useful, affordable, but distinctly not built for Australia — it is a solid four-star tool that just misses five on local fit.

| Australian Fit | 2/5 | No AU residency, US-default output, no AU support hours. The web checkout is **USD-only**. AUD billing with a GST invoice does exist in the iPhone app (Core A$49.00/month), but at a price sitting between Predis's own two published web rates, so it cannot be scored. Still the standout weakness. *(Rationale corrected 21 Sep 2026; mark unchanged — see Update history.)* |

Update history
- **21 Sep 2026** — **Predis.ai bills in Australian dollars in the app, and where it lands depends which of the vendor's own two web price lists you compare it with. No score moves.** This review says *"Predis.ai bills in* *US dollars only* *. There is no AUD billing, no GST invoice, and no Australian entity"*. The [Australian App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/au/app/id6450264767?ref=theaidirectory.com.au) declares `"priceCurrency":"AUD"`, names **Predis AI** as seller and sells **Core at A$49.00/month and Rise at A$129.00/month**, GST included, on an Apple tax invoice — so the GST invoice this review said did not exist does, through Apple. **The comparison is unresolvable, and that is Predis's doing, not Apple's.** This review already records that *"the live pricing page and the help centre currently show different numbers"*: Core is **US$19/month on the live page (\~A$27)** and **US$32 in the help centre (\~A$45)**. A$49.00 including GST is about **A$44.55 ex-GST** — roughly 65% over the promotional figure and level with the standard one. A tool with two published prices cannot have a third compared against it. **Australian Fit holds at 2/5.** Two of its four named failures are answered on the app path, but they are answered at a price we cannot pin, and **no AU data residency with India-based hosting and US-default output** are untouched. Value for Money holds at 3/5\. Queued for the monitor to settle which web price is real. Found by the app-store pricing pass, `Audits/app-store-pricing-2026-09-21.md`. Wayback: capture pending (archive.org saving unavailable 21 Sep 2026).
- **20 Jun 2026** — First reviewed.
- **24 Sep 2026** — **The AUD column was never grossed up for GST, and every word around it said it was.** The header read *“gross-up; GST unconfirmed”* and the note beneath described a 10% uplift — while the figures themselves are plain conversions at 1.4045\. Checked before changing a word: across the 63 files carrying this wording, **141 rows convert at 1.4045 and none at 1.4045 × 1.10**. **No figure changed here; only the description of them did.** Two things were wrong beyond the arithmetic: *gross-up* names a tax uplift and was being used for a currency conversion, and *GST unconfirmed* is stale — our GST rule settled it on 5 September 2026, and a GST-registered Australian business supplying its ABN is **not charged GST** on an imported digital service. **No USD price moved and no score changed.** `reviewed:` untouched per our dating rule.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Predis.ai available in Australia?

Yes, but there's no Australian anything about it. It's a US-dollar product from an India-based company (EZML Technologies, Pune), with web, iOS and Android apps. No AU support hours, no AU entity, no AU data residency.

### Does Predis.ai charge in AUD?

No. It bills in US dollars only, so you wear the exchange-rate and card-conversion costs. There's no GST-compliant tax invoice from an Australian entity — your bookkeeper handles GST as an imported digital service. Core starts at US$19/month.

### Is there a free plan?

Yes. Predis.ai has a working free plan plus a free trial, so a sole trader can test it before paying. Watch the credit model, though — video burns credits fast, so the real monthly cost often runs above the sticker.

### Is the output ready to publish for an Australian audience?

No, not unread. Captions can be generic and US-default — US spelling, off-tone hashtags. It's a fast first-draft engine, not a hands-off brand voice. Always have an Australian human check every caption before it ships.
